Nestled at the gateway of Morocco’s northern coast, Tanger is a vibrant city where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic, creating a unique blend of cultures, languages, and traditions.
On this first stop on our cruise on the Celebrity Equinox, we walked around the old city then had a fantastic lunch at Dar Harruch where I ate two of my top ten favorite foods: pastilla and tagine.
In step with local culture, everything opened much later than advertised so we had plenty of time to wander and play some soccer at a local park while our son played on the playground.
